What we handle

Everything between “I want to sell” and “it's sold”

Full detail & walk-through inspection
Our detailing crew and a technician go through it. Small fixes that add value get flagged to you with a price before we touch anything.
Professional photos & video
Full photo set, a walkthrough video, and the floorplan, the same treatment our own inventory gets.
Listed everywhere buyers look
Our website plus RV Trader, Marketplace, and the dealer channels a private seller can't access.
Showings on our lot, not your driveway
Buyers see it here, during business hours, with a salesperson. No strangers at your house, no no-shows on your weekend.
Financing for the buyer
Most RV buyers finance. A private seller usually ends up with cash buyers, or waits on a buyer's bank that may not lend without a title in hand. We get buyers approved through our lenders, which widens your pool and firms up your price.
Payoff, title & DMV
We pay off your lender, transfer title, and file with the DMV as a licensed dealer. Buyers trust that. Most private sellers and buyers don't know how to close on a trailer that still has a payoff, and deals fall apart there.

How it works

Five steps, one signature

1
Tell us about it
Use the form below. We reply with a suggested list price and what we'd expect it to sell for.
2
Bring it in
Drop it at our Lincoln lot, or we'll pick it up if you can't. We inspect it together, agree on your number, and sign the agreement.
3
We prep and list it
Detail, photos, video, and live on every channel, usually within a week of drop-off.
4
We sell it
Showings, negotiation, financing. Because your number is already locked in, we negotiate freely and you never field an offer.
5
You get paid
We pay off any lender, file the DMV transfer, and send your check within 20 days of the sale.
The fine print, up front

No surprises in the agreement

These are the terms in our consignment agreement. Ask for a copy before you drop off; we'll send one.

Your number
We agree in writing on exactly what you receive. We list it above that and keep the difference. Nothing due up front and nothing if it doesn't sell.
Term
[90] days. We'll check in at day 30 and 60. Renew, adjust your number, or pick it up, your call.
Getting it here
Drop it at our Lincoln lot, or we'll pick it up if you can't tow it or don't want to.
Insurance while it's here
[Your policy stays in force / our lot coverage applies]. We'll spell out which in the agreement.
Reconditioning
We recommend, you approve. Anything you authorize is billed at our shop rate and settled at closing or when you pick up.
After the term ends
Pick it up within [X] days of the term ending or a renewal. After that, storage is $20 per day.
Questions

What people ask before they consign

I still owe money on it. Can I consign?
Yes. We get a payoff from your lender, pay them at closing, and send you the remainder. If the sale won't cover the loan, we'll tell you the gap before we list.
Why agree on my number up front instead of a percentage?
Three reasons. You know exactly what you're getting the day you sign, not after the haggle. We don't have to call you on every offer, so buyers get an answer on the spot and deals don't die waiting. And we can negotiate freely without eating into what's yours.
How much do you make on it?
We need at least $3,000 between your number and the sale price. That covers sales commission, advertising, DMV, transport, cleaning, safety inspection, and overhead, with a margin left for us. We'll show you where the comps land so you can see both numbers before you sign.
Can I still use it while it's listed?
It needs to stay on our lot to be shown and sold. If you have a trip planned, tell us and we'll work around it. Can't get it to us? We'll pick it up.
What if it needs work?
Our shop is on site. We'll quote it, you decide. Sometimes a $600 repair adds $3,000 to the sale price; sometimes it's better to disclose and price accordingly. We'll say which.
Do you take every unit?
No. If there's active water damage, a salvage title, or it's priced where it won't move, we'll tell you and suggest a better path.
Owe more than it's worth?

You can still sell it. Here's the math.

Plenty of RVs are worth less than the loan on them. That doesn't mean you're stuck paying for something you don't use. We can finance the difference for up to 24 months on approved credit, and most people come out ahead.

Lower monthly payment
A small loan on the gap is usually a fraction of the RV payment, so your cash flow improves immediately.
Less total debt
You owe the difference, not the whole balance, and it's gone in two years instead of ten or fifteen.
No more carrying costs
Insurance, storage, and registration stop the day it sells. Those alone are often a couple hundred a month.
No more depreciation or repairs
An RV you're not using still loses value and still needs roof, tire, and seal maintenance. Selling stops the bleeding.
Example
Loan balance$40,000 at 9.49%, 15 years
Current payment$417 / month
RV sells for$35,000
Deficit we finance$5,000 at 14.99%, 24 months
New payment$242 / month
Payment drops $175 a month, the debt is gone in 2 years instead of 15, and insurance, storage, and registration stop too. Deficit financing is on approved credit; rates and terms vary.
