Service area FAQ
Is the call-out fee different depending on how far you drive?
No. It's $75 per visit anywhere inside the service area — Lincoln or Colfax, same fee. It's charged once per visit, not per job, so bundle the punch list.
I'm just outside the area. Will you still come?
Call. If a tech is already working nearby that week we can often add you. Otherwise the Lincoln shop takes rigs from anywhere.
My RV is in a storage yard. Do I need to be there?
No. A gate code and a space number is enough. We'll call with the estimate before doing anything beyond diagnosis, and leave it locked the way we found it.
Will I get the same tech each time?
Usually — the tech closest to you is the one who comes, and for annual service we book the same person who did it last year.
