Service/Warranty & Service Contracts
We sell extended service contracts, we're an authorized shop for the major administrators, and we handle manufacturer warranty and insurance claims — including the phone calls. The contract you buy from us gets repaired in our own bays, so a claim never means waiting on somebody else's shop.
Three kinds of coverage
Yours or ours. We confirm coverage before we schedule, file the claim, and bill the administrator directly. The one we sell is RV Guard by DOWC. Service contracts →
Newer rig with a factory warranty and the selling dealer four hours away? We perform factory warranty repairs for most of the industry — directly with some manufacturers, with prior authorization from others. See the full list below.
Storm damage, roof damage, awnings taken out by a tree, hail, collision on the house side. We write the estimate the adjuster needs and work directly with them.
How a claim works
Have the contract number or policy handy. The service writer confirms coverage before we schedule.
Mobile or shop. The diagnostic is billed at the labor rate; most contracts cover part of it.
We submit the claim, argue with the administrator so you don't have to, and tell you exactly what's approved.
Approved work is billed to the administrator. You pay your deductible and any difference on the diagnostic. That's it.
Manufacturers
Two lists. The first group lets us open a claim and start work on our own. The second requires prior authorization from the manufacturer, which we request for you — we've done warranty repairs for every name on both lists.
Authorization usually takes a few business days. We handle the request, the photos and the paperwork; you don't call anyone.
Most owners know the brand on the side of the rig, not the parent company. Find yours here — the tag shows whether we can start directly or need authorization first.

Questions
The major national ones — call with yours and we'll confirm on the spot. If we don't have an account with yours, we can usually set one up for a covered repair.
No. For Winnebago towables, Forest River, Keystone, CrossRoads, Dutchmen and Alliance we work directly with the factory. For Thor, Jayco, Heartland, Highland Ridge, Grand Design and Brinkley we get prior authorization first — a few days — and then do the same repair. Either way you skip the dealer's backlog.
Almost always. Contracts require documented annual maintenance; skipping it is the most common reason for a denied claim. Our annual service exists partly for this.
Call with the contract number and we'll confirm coverage and book it.
