Lincoln is the main shop: four service bays, the sales lot and the detailing bay. West Sacramento is a by-appointment location inside Outrig RV Storage, for customers on the other side of the river. Nine jobs in ten never need either — a tech comes to where the rig lives.

The shop that comes to you
Each tech runs a stocked service rig with a generator, compressor and water on board. Storage yard, driveway, RV park or a campsite mid-trip — if we can park next to it, we can usually fix it there. Same $225/hr as the shop, plus one $75 call-out per visit.

Visiting the Lincoln shop
Dropping off for repair
Shop work is by appointment — the bays are booked around parts arrivals, so call first and we'll give you a real drop-off date rather than a spot in a line.
- Bring keys, the hitch lock key and any previous invoices
- Empty the holding tanks if you can
- Tell us if there's a pet-hair, propane or power quirk we should know
Looking at an RV
Walk the lot any day, 9 to 5. If you want a specific unit opened up, slides out and on power, call ahead and it'll be ready when you pull in.

Dropping off to clean or sell
Detailing is scheduled by the foot and the day. Consignment units get a walk-around inspection at drop-off, and we agree the numbers before it goes on the lot.

Which location should I go to?
Lincoln, unless we've told you otherwise. It's the staffed shop, with the bays, the sales lot and detailing. West Sacramento is inside Outrig RV Storage and is by appointment only — there's no one on site unless we've scheduled to meet you. Either way, call first: most repairs end up being done wherever the RV is parked.
Will my rig fit in the shop?
Yes. The Lincoln bay doors are 16 feet tall and the bays are 12 feet wide, so full-height fifth wheels and Class A coaches with rooftop A/C and satellite domes drive straight in.
Can I leave my RV with you while parts ship?
We'd rather you didn't — it's safer at home or in your storage space, and you're not paying for it to sit. We diagnose, order the part, and book you in when it lands.
Do you have a parts counter?
We stock the common failure parts for what we repair and can order most anything else. Call with the part number or a photo.
