Our West Sacramento location is inside the facility at 3080 Promenade St. Tenants get service without moving the rig.
Affordable RV and Boat Storage
In Lincoln, on the same property as our shop. Tenants can have repairs, annual service and pre-trip checks done without hitching up — the bays are a short tow away if the job needs one.

Extended warranty administrators
The extended service contract we sell is RV Guard by DOWC — and we repair under everyone else's contracts too. Coverage confirmed before we schedule, claim filed by us, administrator billed directly.

Carriers and adjusters
Storm, tree, hail and collision damage on the house side. We write the photo estimate the adjuster needs and file supplements when hidden damage turns up.

Lenders
Every application goes to our outside lenders first — if one says yes you'll get a better rate than we can offer. In-house buy-here-pay-here is the backstop, not the pitch.

Your tenants find the dead battery and the roof leak in your yard. Put our number on the gate and we'll handle it on site and leave the space clean.
