Home/Service/Warranty & Service Contracts
Covered repairs, without the runaround.
We sell extended service contracts, we're an authorized shop for the major administrators, and we handle manufacturer warranty and insurance claims — including the phone calls. The contract you buy from us gets repaired in our own bays, so a claim never means waiting on somebody else's shop.
Three kinds of coverage
What's covered, and by whom
Extended service contracts
Coverage past the factory warranty, on the components that actually fail: appliances, slides, electrical, plumbing, running gear. We sell them on every RV we sell, and on RVs you bought elsewhere.
- Sold and administered through national providers
- Repaired in our own bays or by our mobile techs
- We file the claim and bill the administrator
- Ask about tire & wheel, paint & fabric, GAP
Manufacturer warranty
Newer rig with a factory warranty and the selling dealer four hours away? We perform factory warranty repairs for most of the industry — directly with some manufacturers, with prior authorization from others. See the full list below.
- Winnebago, Forest River, Keystone, CrossRoads, Dutchmen, Alliance — direct
- Thor, Jayco, Heartland, Highland Ridge, Grand Design, Brinkley — with authorization
- Component makers: Lippert, Dometic, Furrion, Suburban
- Same techs, same standards as customer-pay
Insurance claims
Storm damage, roof damage, awnings taken out by a tree, hail, collision on the house side. We write the estimate the adjuster needs and work directly with them.
- Photo estimates for adjusters
- Supplement requests when hidden damage shows up
- Direct billing where the carrier allows
- Body and paint referred to partners
How a claim works
Four steps
Call with the contract
Have the contract number or policy handy. The service writer confirms coverage before we schedule.
Diagnose
Mobile or shop. The diagnostic is billed at the labor rate; most contracts cover part of it.
We file it
We submit the claim, argue with the administrator so you don't have to, and tell you exactly what's approved.
Fixed, billed direct
Approved work is billed to the administrator. You pay your deductible and any difference on the diagnostic. That's it.
Manufacturers
Who we do factory warranty work for
Two lists. The first group lets us open a claim and start work on our own. The second requires prior authorization from the manufacturer, which we request for you — we've done warranty repairs for every name on both lists.
We file it and fix it
- Winnebago towables
- Forest River — motorized and towables
- Keystone RV
- CrossRoads RV
- Dutchmen RV
- Alliance RV
A short wait, then the same repair
- Thor Motor Coach
- Jayco and all Jayco-family brands
- Heartland and Highland Ridge
- Grand Design
- Brinkley
Authorization usually takes a few business days. We handle the request, the photos and the paperwork; you don't call anyone.

Questions
Coverage FAQ
I didn't buy my RV from you. Can I still buy a service contract?
Yes, on most units under a certain age and mileage. We'll need to inspect it first — the standard pre-purchase inspection, at the standard price.
Which administrators do you work with?
The major national ones — call with yours and we'll confirm on the spot. If we don't have an account, we can usually open one for a covered repair.
My RV is still under factory warranty. Do I have to go back to the dealer I bought it from?
No. For Winnebago towables, Forest River, Keystone, CrossRoads, Dutchmen and Alliance we work directly with the factory. For Thor, Jayco, Heartland, Highland Ridge, Grand Design and Brinkley we get prior authorization first — a few days — and then do the same repair. Either way you skip the dealer's backlog.
Does maintenance affect my coverage?
Almost always. Contracts require documented annual maintenance; skipping it is the most common reason for a denied claim. Our annual service exists partly for this.
Can you do the whole insurance job?
Everything on the house side. Paint and body we refer to partners, and we'll coordinate so the adjuster sees one estimate.
"Tracked down a suspension problem on my Brinkley and worked with the factory to get it corrected. It tows straight now."
