How the bill gets paid changes the paperwork, not the work. Tell us which one applies when you call and we'll set the job up right from the first visit.

Written estimate first, options spelled out when there are any, flat-rate labor at $225/hr. Nothing ordered until you approve it.

How a claim works →
The estimate
In writing, with the real choices when there are any
Most repairs have one right answer, and we'll just tell you what it is. When there's a legitimate fork in the road, you get both prices and a straight recommendation — not a menu built to upsell.
- OEM with a warranty, or aftermarket without one. The most common choice. The factory part can cost significantly more and carries a parts warranty; the aftermarket part is cheaper and usually fine, but if it fails you're buying it twice. We'll tell you which we'd pick for your rig.
- Repair it or replace it. A cracked tank fitting versus a new tank, a rebuilt slide motor versus a new one. Usually it comes down to age and how long you plan to keep the RV.
- Fix it now or fix it right. Patch the roof to get through the season, or recoat it so you're not back next spring. Both are honest options; one is cheaper today.
- One thing, or the list. If the tech finds three more things while he's in there, they go on the estimate as separate lines you can say yes or no to. Nothing gets bundled in.
Labor is flat-rate from industry guides, so a rusted bolt is our problem, not yours. Parts are quoted at the time of estimate, and we don't order until you say go.

Repair FAQ
Why two to three weeks when the ad says "fast"?
Because parts. Most RV components ship from Indiana, and we won't promise a date we can't hit. Diagnosis is usually within days; the wait is the part. When it lands, you move to the front of the line.
Do you use OEM parts?
When it matters — control boards, slide mechanisms, appliances. For hardware and consumables we use what holds up, and we'll say which is which on the estimate.
Can you fix it if another shop already tried?
Very often that's exactly what we're doing. Bring the previous invoice; it saves diagnostic time.
Is there a warranty on the work?
30 days on workmanship, plus whatever the part carries. If something we fixed fails, call us first.
