The work that keeps you out of the repair column.
A roof reseal is a few hundred dollars. A roof replacement is several thousand. Most of what we fix started as maintenance somebody skipped. We'll do it on a schedule, at your driveway, and document it — which also keeps factory and extended warranties valid.

Coverage
Keep the warranty valid
Forever Warranty, manufacturer warranties and most extended service contracts require documented annual maintenance. Skip a year and a claim can be denied. Our invoices list each service performed and the date, and we keep a copy — so when the administrator asks, the paperwork exists.
